Five Guys was the only food and drink operator listed on The Sunday Times Top 25 Big Companies list announced today, coming in at number 21. With a Best Companies Index (BCI) score of 662.5, the brand was recognised for its employee benefits, its opportunity offerings, and most of all its strong leadership, as 77% of employees agreed the company is run on strong values and principles.
