Westbourne Leisure, the Midlands-based pub, restaurant and hotel operator, has sold the Talbot Inn & Hotel in Stourbridge.
The 10 year lease was brought by a local hotelier, who runs two other hotels, one of which is in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, for an undisclosed sum.
Christie & Co handled the sale on behalf of Westbourne Leisure, which operates 30 pubs, restaurants and hotels across the Midlands.
