Fleurets is to market nine freehold investments that are currently let to Revolution Bars.
The leisure property company was instructed by real estate investment firm Aprirose to sell the sites, which are located across the north of England and the Midlands. They are being offered for sale individually or as package.
The nine sites are: 28 Cross Church Street, Huddersfield; Penny Street, Lancaster; 6b New Walk, Leicester; 10 Park Street, Lincoln; 18-22 Wood Street, Liverpool; 90-94 Oxford Road, Manchester; Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield, Manchester; 7 Hassell Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme; and 10-12 Princess Street, Wolverhampton.
Ed Sandall from Fleurets commented: “Each of the 9 properties marketed have identical FRI leases, with 14 years unexpired. Marketed off a total guide price of £20,200,000, the portfolio’s total rental income amounts to £1,461,430 p.a., reflecting a 6.78% net initial yield.”
