The Chancery Court Hotel in Holborn, London, is to re-launch its QC Restaurant as Pearl.
The restaurant, in the former headquarters of Pearl Assurance, will reopen later this month after refurbishment.
Jun Tanaka will remain as head chef at the venue. Tunaka has previously worked at the Oak Room under Marco Pierre White, the Square under Philip Howard and the Capital under Eric Crouillère-Chavot.
