Panini Divini began trading on OFEX last Monday (October 23) in a flotation that raised £543,500. The company expects to open its first outlet in central London in early 2001 and anticipates others later in the year. It is introducing the Milan based De Santis bar/paninoteca formula - a mix between a bar and a restaurant aimed at the mid-price range dining market.
