La Petite Maison, the International French restautant chain, is set to open in Istanbul later this year.

Restaurateur Arjun Waney, who holds the world franchise rights for the brand, is believed to have secured a site in the Turkish capital’s centre for an opening later this year.

Olivier Lavigne du Cadet, former general manager at Brasserie Zedel, has been hired to oversee the opening of the new venture.

The original La Petite Maison was open in Nice, while Waney opened its London outpost in Mayfair in 2007.

There are further sites in Dubai and Beirut.
