Development company Verase has put Franklyns nightclub in Aberdeen up for sale to concentrate on its hotel projects.
The nightclub, which is in the heart of the city centre, has previously had profits of over £200,000 per year.
Finlay Cran, of Verase, said: "The nightclub has been a phenomenal success story to us, but since we sold Bex Bar and Cocky Hunters, the majority of our other licensed premises, a nightclub really just doesn't suit us anymore."
