A London borough is piloting a scheme that will see restaurants, pubs and takeaway outlets recycle used cooking oil.
About 100 businesses within the borough of Ealing will have their waste oil collected free of charge.
It will be taken to a recycling plant in Kent where it will be turned into biofuel that can be used for delivery vehicles.
