The Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers’ (ALMR) annual Operations Managers Awards opens for nominations on 1 May.
The aim of the awards is to recognise the best ops managers from the tenanted/leased and managed sector. Nominees need to fill out an entry paper, which will be used by the judging team of industry professionals to choose 20 finalists.
The final 20 will be assessed for a day as they work with their managers or lessees before the three-day MasterClass, led by Ashridge Consulting. A series of interviews will decide the overall winners, which will be unveiled at the ALMR Christmas Luncheon in December.
ALMR chief executive Nick Bish said: “We are exceptionally proud of the awards and the talent pool of operations managers that lead success at the sharp end of our industry. It is this talent that the ALMR Operations Managers Awards exists to recognise, reward and develop.”
