The Yards - Buns From Home 1 -min[1][90]

Buns from Home has lined up five new openings, according to CEO Shereen Ritchie.

Its 16th “home” will open on Charing Cross Road in a week’s time. It will be shortly followed by Bond Street tube station, Holborn, Moorgate and MLP.

After the flurry of new openings, the croissant bun brand will have grown from 6 sites to over 21 in just over a year.

Ritchie said in an update: ”Our new home, number 16, on Charing Cross Road is coming along nicely, and it’s going to be a show stopper…this time next week it will be open. Time flies when you’re baking over the world!

”To be shortly followed by Bond Street Tube Station, Holborn, Moorgate and MLP. From 6 homes to 21 homes in just over a year…. not bad, but the current pipeline suggests we can do better. Could not do it without my superstar team.”

Ritchie was recently promoted to CEO, after she joined the London-based bakery chain as COO last year.

Buns From Home began as a cinnamon bun specialist in 2020, doing home delivery during lockdown. The chain now operates sites across the capital.
