The Foliage restaurant has opened in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London's Hyde Park.
It receives a lukewarm review from Nicholas Lander in the Financial Times, who says "it joins a list of hotel restaurants which do not really work".
He believes that with a few exceptions, hotel restaurants "do not know what
