Hollywood Bowl has announced revenue growth of 5.3% and like-for-like revenue growth of 4.4%.for the six months ended 31 March 2019.
The group said had delivered organic growth through its focus on enhancing customer experience through investment in technology, the trialling and rollout of proven initiatives, while maintaining a competitive price point.
Refurbishments of High Wycombe Hollywood Bowl, and the rebrand and refurbishment of Wigan AMF to a Hollywood Bowl, were both completed in the first half, with a target of between seven and nine refurbishments this financial year.
Two new centres were opened in the first half of this year, in line with targets to open two a year - the 59th in Watford, the 60th, a 34,000 sq. ft. centre at the new leisure extension at intu Lakeside.
