Colin Halpern, Domino's Pizza's non-executive vice chairman, has sold two million shares in the company at 206p a share, the company said in a filing to the stock exchange. The sale comes after Domino's recently announced 2007 pre-tax profits were up 33% at £18.7m. The shares were held by HS Real Company, owned by a trust whose beneficiaries are Halpern's children. Halpern's interest in the company following the transaction is 13 million shares, or around 8%.
