David and Rob Eyre are planning to open a "proper restaurant" in London in June.
They were chef and barman of the popular Eagle gastro-pub in Farringdon Road, and also run the Eyre Brothers gourmet sandwich bar in Shoreditch, dubbed the "best place to snack in London" in The Independent.
