MCA is calling on hospitality leaders to nominate the Rising Star in their business for the chance for them be recognised at the Retailers’ Retailer Awards 2023.
A new category for 2023, the Rising Star Award, sponsored by Red Bull, will go to an outstanding individual in a multi-site management team (e.g., an HR, FD, operations/site manager) who is rising through the ranks and is a star of the business.
To nominate a Rising Star in your business please send a citation to MCA editor finn.scott-delany@mca-insight.com outlining what makes this individual a future leader.
MCA will then interview the nominator and publish a series of articles on the five shortlisted nominees.
A winner will then be chosen by a special panel, with the articles used to decide the ultimate winner, who will be announced at the awards on 14 March 2023, which will be held at The Roundhouse in Camden for the first time.
Nominations have also opened for the 11 peer-voted categories in the awards, which include Best Concept, Best Pub/Bar Company, Best Restaurant Company, Investor of the Year and, of course, Retailer’s Retailer of the Year.
The must-attend event, known as the Oscars of the hospitality industry, is valued above other industry awards as it is peer voted.
