With just four weeks to go until MCA’s Food To Go Conference 2022, on 9 March, places are going fast, so make sure you book yours today.

Several new speakers and sessions have been added to the line-up for MCA’s Food to Go Conference 2022, including a property panel featuring Pret A Manger, Gail’s and Ole & Steen.

The pandemic has prompted many operators to question their property strategy as footfall shifts to the suburbs and trading patterns are spread across the week.

In a special panel we’ll ask just how much current trends are affecting long-term term growth plans, how operators have tweaked their site requirements, and what we can expect when the rent moratorium comes to an end.

Our property panellists include Lucy Winzer, UK head of estates and acquisitions, Pret A Manger; Brett Parker, property director, GAIL’s; and Lee Nixon, MD, Ole & Steen.

We’re also delighted to bring you the details of another new insight session – from Arabella Dalloz, head of leisure at data and location insight consultancy CACI.

She will address how the latest mobility and transactional data trends are impacting trading patterns and site openings, and what operators need to consider from a location perspective when it comes to future growth and development

MCA’s annual Food to Go Conference will take place 9 March at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, London.

This year’s conference features a stellar line up of speakers, including Itsu co-founder and global CEO Julian Metcalfe, Leon MD Glenn Edwards and Caffè Nero CEO Will Stratton-Morris, as well as insight sessions from Lumina Intelligence and CGA, and more sessions to announce in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

As well as providing a day of insight, analysis and inspiration, the conference is also a great networking opportunity for all senior operators in the food to go sector, as well as investors, suppliers and other sector stakeholders.
