Steakhouse concept Tomahawk has launched two virtual delivery brands out of its Hoxton restaurant.
The first, ParmoHub, will be modelled on a core offer of parmo – a dish of flattened breadcrumbed chicken topped with béchamel and cheddar.
Available exclusively through Deliveroo, the menu will include a variety of interpretations on the Teeside classice, including a ‘Hot Shot’ parmo, with chorizo, jalapenos and sriracha, and a ‘Caribbean Jerk’ parmo, topped with Caribbean spices, mango and chilli.
The second brand, Sunday Lunch Club, will comprise a seven-day roast delivery service.
All roasts – including wagyu beef, chicken and rolled breast of lamb – come with a selection of sides, 24-hour red wine gravy, and a sticky toffee pudding dessert.
The northern-based business opened two Tomahawk restaurants – in York and Hoxton – during the pandemic in former Jamie Oliver sites, and recently revealed at MCA’s Restaurant Conference that it was in negotiations on two further bricks-and-mortar venues.
