Daylesford Organic, the organic cafe and retail business, has been fined £90,000 after one of its employees died on its farm.
The company's owners Sir Anthony and Lady Bamford were found guilty in court of an offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act after gardener Tony Cripps was crushed under a tractor.
