Compass shares have been rated as a "buy" by investments editor Joanne Hart at the Mail on Sunday.
Hart predicted that the company's share price should rise particularly as the economic climate improves.
She said that in the meantime, investors would benefit from a reasonable dividend, supported by a healthy balance sheet.
