Leon, the healthy, fast-food chain, is set to further strengthen its central London estate with an opening in Westminster.

The company, which is set to open in Utrecht in the coming weeks, has secured the unit at 25-27 Horseferry Road, for an opening before the end of the year.

MCA understands that the company is also hoping to take space at the Centre: MK on Sunset Walk.

Earlier this summer, the company opened its fiftieth site in London’s Paddington Station.

The group is set to make its US debut next year and recently signed a franchise deal with Roadchef to open its first service station sites this summer.

In May, the company secured a £25m investment from Spice Private Equity, a Swiss investment company, to aid its continued expansion in the UK and overseas.

It has also lined up a site in London’s Mayfair, at 3 Hanover Square.
