A former stockbroker is heading a syndicate to buy Bank and Zander restaurants from BGR group for more than £10m.
Leigh Collins is in talks with Tony Allan, chairman and chief executive, of BGR, to buy the West End eaterie as well as the newly opened Bank Birmingham and Zander restaurants in London.
The deal will leave BGR with cash to invest in its expansion of its Fish! diner chain.
