Barbecue summer on its way (again)

Last year the Met Office had its fingers metaphorically burnt after predicting a long hot barbecue summer. However, this year it seems like we might just get one. The US Climate Prediction Centre has suggested that the UK is in line for a good summer but the Met Office is keeping its powder dry. It said: “We are not doing any seasonal forecasts for the public.
