Salad concept Atis has announced the opening of a flagship store – its sixth site – on London’s Regent Street on 3 June, with four further sites planned to open across the capital.

The ‘plant-forward’ brand will open in London’s Monument, Moorgate, Covent Garden, and Battersea by year end.

The new Regent Street location will offer Atis signatures such as the brand’s take on the classic Caesar salad, as well as seasonal specials such as the Jalapeno Taco and Cashew Crunch Plate.

It will also offer the spring special, a kimchi bowl created in partnership with Korean chef Jihyun Kim, and Atis plates introduced last year such as the Chimichurri Wedges.

Atis opened its first store by Old Street in 2019, with its current estate including four sites in Belgravia, Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, and Borough Yards.

The concept offers build-your-own bowls based on an ethos around ‘balance, moderation, and sustainability,’ with a range of plant-based options alongside meat, fish, and dairy. The salads are made fresh on-site every day.

The Regent Street store, designed in collaboration with Daytrip Studio, features a mix of natural materials such as resin floors and blond wood combined with dynamic lighting and yellow hues set within a Portland stone façade.

It embraces a ‘thoughtful, contemporary’ design and ‘vibrant, energising, and youthful’ atmosphere in line with the brand’s ethos.

Co-founder Eleanor Warder commented, “We are very excited to open atis on Regent Street: it marks a very exciting milestone in our journey. Our new flagship store embodies our commitment to offering fresh, vibrant and delicious food whilst creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our community.”
