Tom Aikens, the Michelin-starred chef, is on the brink of buying back control of his London restaurant empire two years after it collapsed. Aikens has teamed up with overseas restaurant group to acquire from Peter Dubens, the internet entrepreneur, the two Chelsea eateries and a third at Somerset House that bear his name.
