More top restaurants are latching on to a trend begun by Caprice Holdings providing in-home catering by their best chefs. Jamie Oliver has just launched Fifteen to You, a venture that will send one professional chef, an apprentice and a waiter to prepare and serve dishes at clients’ homes.
