A swathe of restaurant groups have signed up to a £950m development in the centre of Liverpool. Brasserie Blanc, Café Rouge, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Las Iguanas, Loch Fyne, Wagamama and Zizzi have all committed to Liverpool One, a 42-acre residential and retail development by Grosvenor Liverpool Fund. Brasserie Blanc and Loch Fyne have taken units in one of the pavilions on Liverpool One’s park at the heart of the scheme. The remaining operators are on a terrace with views of Albert Dock. Coal, the restaurant concept set up by Ma Potter’s founder John Gater, has also agreed heads of terms to open at the development.
