Shares in The Restaurant Group are being tipped as a good long-term investment. The group already owns more than 250 restaurants across five main brands – Caffe Uno, Chiquito, Est Est Est, Frankie & Benny's and Garfunkels.
Now it has plans to open another 25 to 30 this year.
If management does not continue to push the business forward, then there is the chance of a venture capital-backed bid.
