Crest Nicholson Regeneration is set to start work on a new £130m mixed-use scheme in Camberley, Surrey, which will feature a number of new restaurant units including a Frankie & Benny’s and a Café Rouge. The Restaurant Group (TRG) has taken two units at the scheme, which is called the Atrium and is due to open in time for Christmas 2007. TRG has signed a 25-year lease on a 3,900sq ft unit for Chiquito, its Tex-Mex restaurant brand. It has also signed on a similar lease to open a Frankie & Benny’s, its American diner brand, at the development. Tragus Holdings has agreed on a 25-year lease for a Café Rouge, while Nando’s, the chicken restaurant chain, is also set to open an outlet as part of the new scheme. The development, which will house 217 one and two bed apartments, will also feature a nine-screen Vue cinema, and a 22-lane Bowlplex bowling venue.
