Yo Sushi, the Japanese restaurant chain, has completed a refinancing deal that values the company at about £35m. It means shareholders will be able to recoup much of their investment following the injection of £17.5m of new debt finance from Barclays. The group has 34 restaurants, 26 of them in Britain, with UK sales growing 45% last year to £23m. The Sunday Times 17/12/06 (Business) page 3.3
