Pizza Express, the country's biggest pizza and pasta chain, is heading for a return to the stockmarket . Owners TDR Capital and Capricorn Ventures will float it later this year along with the Ask pizza business and upmarket restaurant group Zizzi. Carphone Warehouse co-founder David Ross is expected to become chairman of the as-yet unnamed restaurant group, which could be valued at more than £800m - nearly three times what TDR bought Pizza Express for in 2003. Ross is a close friend of Hugh Osmond and Luke Johnson, who originally floated Pizza Express in 1993.
