Pizza Express, the c400-strong Gondola Group-owned chain, has streamlined its digital customer facilities with the launch of a new “online hub”. The company said that the new look site would offer far more than a typical restaurant website, bringing together everything customers need to know about the brand all in one place. The chain said that the site was also fully integrated with the its social media channels, which have over 100,000 Facebook likes and 16,000 Twitter followers. Rebecca Farrer, head of brand development at Pizza Express, said: "PizzaExpress has always been pioneering and the transformation of our digital channels brings a level of sophistication in digital, unrivalled by any other restaurant on the high street. "This will be a key communication channel for the brand where our customers can experience PizzaExpress in its entirety, from restaurants, to takeaway, to gifts to retail.”
