Morgan Spurlock, who made the film "Super Size Me" about eating McDonald's food every day for a month, has now written a book about the fast food giant. An extract from "Don't Eat This Book" is published in The Independent on Sunday. Spurlock says marketing chief M Lawrence Light is targeting China with 25 McKids stores because children there can't get enough American products.
