McDonald’s reported a 6.2% increase in sales for November compared to the previous year buoyed by new hamburgers and games promotions in Europe. Sales through its European outlets for the month increased by 8.4% helped by the launch of its “Big Tasty” burger in the UK and various games promotions in France and Germany, while sales through its US stores increased by 5.1%. The company reported that sales were up 5.6% across its European stores for the year as a whole and up 5% in the US.
