Loch Fyne is in talks with Isis Equity Partners and Hutton Collins over a possible £35m sale of the company. Loch Fyne operates 28 restaurants including Le Petit Blanc brasseries. Founder the late Johnny Noble brought in a management team in 1998 led by Mark Derry, chief executive, to run the restaurants as a separate business from his oyster farm in Argyll.
