High street salad chain Chop’d has invested £110k in digital developments ahead of the reopening of its sites next Monday (12 April).
Food to go operator Chop’d has been acquired by London-based retail group Inc Retail, for an undisclosed sum, in a deal which includes all 13 of its sites.
Travel hub operator SSP has simplified its menus by up to 50-60% during the pandemic, which could result in smaller menus remaining post-covid, according to an analysts’ note by Peel Hunt.
Whitbread is to open two further Bar + Block venues, its high street steakhouse business, taking its portfolio to 17 sites.
Megan’s, the neighbourhood restaurant business, is looking to recruit 100 new team members, including a people director and operations director.
