Giraffe, the casual dining chain backed by Risk Capital and 3i, has moved a stepped closer to its ambitions of becoming a 50 strong chain. The company, which is led by husband and wife team Russel and Juliette Joffe, has revealed plans to open a further 10 sites by 2011. Next year, it will open restaurants in Bath and Chelmsford and up to 10 other sites at key locations including the new Westfield in Stratford, east London, in time for the 2012 Olympic games. The group has also just opened its Blackheath restaurant and has further sites opening at the end of this year including Solihull's Touchwood and Horsham.
