French chef Alexis Gauthier of Michelin-starred restaurant Roussillon in London’s Pimlico has introduced a seven-course children’s gourmet menu at £15 per head. He is said to be “horrified” at the crayon-and-balloon culture of British restaurants in dealing with young diners. He is complementing his menu with “table etiquette” lessons.
