Fashion entrepreneur Harold Tillman may float his restaurant business after snapping up The Ebury, The Waterway and Running Horse, all in London, last week for several million pounds. In partnership with his son Mitchell and nightclub operator Carlo Spetale, he already owns the Notting Hill Brasserie, Park Lane Asian restaurant Taman Gang and the Harry Morgan chain of delicatessans. Tillman said the enlarged restaurant group would make operating profits of about £3m and could be worth up to £30m. The Mail on Sunday 03/12/06 (Financial Mail on Sunday) page 7
