Guy Harvey, has stepped down as finance director at Eat, the sandwich shop chain, which was acquired by private equity firm Lyceum Capital in March this year. Harvey had been with the company for over five years after joining it from Conran Restaurants. It is thought that his duties are being overseen by Ian Sperry, the chain’s head of finance. In July, the chain, which is led by founders Niall and Faith MacArthur took its estate in the capital to 100 by taking a site at More London. The company, which also operates 25 sites in cities around the UK, has previously talked about aggressively expanding its portfolio to take it to 200 units over the next four years.
