Bill’s Produce, the grocery and café concept run by the entrepreneurs behind Cote, has exchanged on its first site in the South West, M&C Report has learnt. It is thought that the company plans to open a site in the city’s Ganby Street, subject to planning permission. The group, which was founded by Bill Collison and is backed by Richard Caring, currently operates five sites in Brighton, Cambridge, Covent Garden, Lewes and Reading. In September, the group exchanged on a site in London’s Islington, which it hopes to open subject to planning permission by the end of this year. Insight Retail acted on behalf of Bill's on the Exeter site.
