Bill’s Produce, the grocery and café concept backed by Richard Caring, is on course to open up to 10 sites this calender year, which will take its estate to 15. The group will open its 10th site on 17 September in Richmond, with a further site in Cardiff’s Wyndham Arcade set to follow on 15 October. Last week it secured a unit in the Grade II-listed Butter Market building in Chichester and has now taken the lower half of the Angel Posting House and Livery hotel site in Guildford High Street. It is also set to complete on Horsham Town Hall next week, with further openings in Bath and in the capital mooted. It is believed to have submitted a licensing application to open on the site of the former Early Learning Centre in Bath, while it is also thought to be exploring locations in the City. The group hopes to have all the new sites operating by the end of the year, although one may slip into 2013.
