Restaurant and deli operator Benugo has opened its sixth indepently-branded site, an all-day dining restaurant in Spitafields, London. The company is billing Bishopsgate Kitchen as “an all day dining experience, show-casing our passion for simple, seasonal and locally sourced food to be enjoyed in an informal environment”. Breakfast is served from 8am, with the lunch and supper menu focusing on “quick, rustic European dishes”. Benugo, founded in 1998 by Ben and Hugo Warner, operates the Serpentine Bar & Kitchen at Hyde Park, the Riverfront on the Southbank, London Wall Bar & Kitchen in the City, and Benugo Bar & Kitchen on the Southbank, as well as one restaurant outside the capital, the Ashmolean Dining Room in Oxford. It also operates six outlets under the Benugo Cafe & Deli brand in London.
