Anokha, a fledgling Indian bar-restaurant concept in the City of London, has acquired its third site. It has taken the lease of a 4,000sq ft basement location that previously operated as Mandaloun on Creechurch Lane, near Leadenhall Market. The concept, which is owned by company called G9 Corporation, currently trades from a location near Fenchurch Street, and is about to open its second outlet in Burgon Street, near St Paul’s. G9 has signed a new 25-year lease for the third Anokha outlet. Shelley Sandzer handled the deal on behalf of MCR Corporate Recovery. Mandaloun ceased trading in April of this year.
