Gearoid Devaney, a Paris-trained sommelier at the Michelin-starred Tom Aikens, in South Kensington, London, has accused New Zealand winery Villa Marie of producing a "cheesy" film which tries to teach restaurants how to open screw-top wine bottles with panache. The video recommends that instead of twisting the lid off with your hand, it should be rolled off on your forearm. described the DVD as "far too cheesy".
