The Arts Theatre Club in London’s Soho has been sold to private investors Maria and Costas Constantinou for an undisclosed sum. The new owners plan to turn the 800sq ft private members’ club on Frith Street into a more commercially viable business. The brother and sister team, who work as premium vodka and niche brand distributors, are looking to reopen the club in August following a refurbishment. The club, which is renowned as one of Westminster’s longest established celebrity haunts, was founded in 1927. Davis Coffer Lyons handled the sale.
