The Puzzle Pub Company has sold a Difference pub in West London for more than £1m. The pub, located on the High Street in Acton, was bought for £1,050,000 by private investor Ashook Shrentha – who runs an Indian cuisine franchise. It is understood that the pub will undergo a substantial refit under the new owners. Property agent DCL handled the disposal of the pub. The sale follows a package of disposals earlier this year where DCL sold six Puzzle pubs to Faucet Inns and two to Capital pubs as part of a churning exercise. Paul Tallentyre, of DCL, said: “This was a very complex and drawn out deal, luckily we managed to sort out the financing and the deal was completed.”
