Puzzle Pub Company, the London managed group led by Jamie Dutton-Forshaw, has been put up for sale, M&C Report has learnt. It is understood that several operators have been approached to buy the group, which is thought to produce annual underlying profits of about £1.5m. The group operates 11 sites through the eponymous name and also the Stone Horse brand. It owns four freehold properties and seven leasehold sites. The group recently sold a site at Crystal Palace through Davis Coffer Lyons and is understood to be disposing of its site in Bishopsgate in the City of London. It is thought the pubs could be sold as either a package or piecemeal.
