Greene King has changed its board of directors to re-align with recent appointments to the company, writes Paul Charity Justin Adams and Jonathan Lawson, respectively head of the company's brewing and local pubs divisions, have stepped down from the board. The company’s other three managing directors do not currently sit on the board. The company stated: “Greene King currently has five divisional managing directors. Those appointed recently have not joined the board, so the company has two managing directors who are members of the Greene King board and three who are not. "In order to achieve parity in the management structure, the decision has been taken for Justin Adams and Jonathan Lawson to step down from the board whilst retaining their existing management responsibilities for Brewing Company and Local Pubs respectively.” Greene King’s board of directors now consists of Tim Bridge (non-executive chairman), Rooney Anand (chief executive), John Brady (independent non-executive director), Ian Bull (finance director), Ian Durant (independent non-executive director), Norman Murray (Senior independent non-executive director) and Jane Scriven (independent non-executive director).
