Food4Thought, the outside catering company led by Tony Watkins, is to open its first restaurant after acquiring the 12.04 venue in West Yorkshire, from Manchester-based brewer and pub operator JW Lees. The site, which opens later this week at Sowerby Bridge, has been rebranded Salt Bar and Grill and will feature regional ingredients and dishes. JW Lees currently operates 172 pubs across the North of England.
