Faucet Inn Pub Company, the London and South East multiple, has bought its 20th venue - The Prince of Wales in Battersea, for an undisclosed sum. Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) assisted Faucet Inns with the acquisition. Headed by Stephen Cox, Faucet Inn operates 15 pubs in London and a further four outside of the capital, including sites in Southampton and Kent. Located on Battersea Bridge Road, The Prince of Wales is a dining-focused pub with a beer garden and four flats on the top floor. Paul Tallentyre, of DCL, said the agency was seeing an increase in off-market deals.
